Direc­tor, Butte Coun­ty Depart­ment of Employ­ment and Social Services

Tiffany Rowe began her social ser­vices career in 2000 vol­un­teer­ing as a Court Appoint­ment Spe­cial Advo­cate (CASA) and lat­er work­ing for a non-prof­it agency pro­vid­ing case man­age­ment to dual-diag­nosed ado­les­cents in a res­i­den­tial treat­ment facil­i­ty. In 2002, Tiffany was hired by Butte Coun­ty Depart­ment of Employ­ment and Social Ser­vices, and over the last two decades she has held sev­er­al posi­tions with­in each branch of the depart­ment. She is a ded­i­cat­ed human ser­vices pro­fes­sion­al, skilled in devel­op­ing and cul­ti­vat­ing rela­tion­ships and com­mit­ted to the devel­op­ment and expan­sion of pro­grams and staff with a client-cen­tered approach. Through­out her career she has worked dili­gent­ly to serve and sup­port the most vul­ner­a­ble mem­bers of the com­mu­ni­ty.

Tiffany is a grad­u­ate of the Uni­ver­si­ty of Cal­i­for­nia at Davis, with a major in Soci­ol­o­gy and a minor in Region­al and Com­mu­ni­ty Development.
