Commission meetings are open to the public and comply with the Ralph M Brown Act. All agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and are available on this website and are posted at the First 5 office at 202 Mira Loma Avenue, Oroville. All meetings are held in-person. The meeting location information and address are provided on the agenda.
