The First 5 Family Center Foundations is located in Oroville. This Center provides many opportunities and resources to families including educational classes for caregivers, playgroups, story time, and connection to local resources. All programs and services are free to all interested families, caregivers, and friends that play a role in a child's life.

A welcoming playgroup for infants and their caregivers featuring sensory play, songs, stories, and movement activities that support early development. Caregivers can connect with other families while learning about infant development, parenting resources, and ways to support their child's growth.

A free virtual support group where parents, grandparents, foster caregivers, and other caregivers can connect in a welcoming and judgment-free space. Participants share experiences, discuss self-care and parenting strategies, and learn about helpful community resources and supports.

Families in need of diapers are encouraged to complete a diaper request form to ensure the correct sizes are available. Diaper pick up will be during designated drop-in hours listed on the calendar above.
Drop-in hours are listed on the sites calendar. During this time, families may access a variety of concrete supports, including diapers, wipes, clothing, toys, safety supplies, and additional resources. See calendar for dates and times.
Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) are available to support families in monitoring their child’s development. Screenings may be completed during Pop-In Playtime (See Calendar for days and times.) or scheduled by appointment.
