Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) offers a variety of class tiers designed to meet families where they are. Whether you’re looking for quick tips or more in-depth support, there’s a class (or several!) that can be the right fit for you.

You don’t need to choose just one. In fact, many parents benefit from attending multiple sessions, especially the flexible Level 3 offerings. Explore the options to find what works best for you and your family’s unique journey.

 

Infant ages 0-12 ages 10-16 Group Pathways Fear Less

Triple P for Baby

For expecting parents and caregivers with babies up to 1 year old.


Wondering how to feel more confident as a new parent?

  • Are you expecting a baby or have a child 1 year old or younger?
  • Want extra support with understanding parenting or baby care?

Triple P – Baby is a multi-session, in-depth program that provides new and expectant caregivers with support and tips to build a strong bond with their baby and support healthy development from the very beginning.

In these sessions, you will:

  • Learn how to care for your baby in a calm, loving way
  • Understand what’s normal in your baby’s first year
  • Get tips to create a safe, supportive home
  • Learn how to take care of yourself while caring for your baby
  • Feel more confident in your parenting

Triple P Tier 3- Group

For parents and caregivers of children ages 0–12.


Looking for help with everyday parenting challenges?

  • Have a child under 12?
  • Are mealtimes, bedtime, or shopping trips a struggle?
  • Need help with your child’s behavior, like fighting or not listening?
  • Want practical tips you can use right away?

Tier 3 Triple P offers short, focused sessions that tackle common parenting concerns. These classes are quick, practical, and easy to fit into your schedule.

Each session focuses on one specific topic, so you can choose the ones that matter most to you and walk away with tools you can use right away.

Choose from helpful topics like:

  • Dealing with disobedience
  • Developing good bedtime routines
  • Managing fighting and aggression
  • Hassle-free shopping with children
  • Hassle-free mealtimes with children

These classes are designed to be flexible — attend one, a few, or all of them. Each session works well on its own, and together they offer even more support, tools, and ideas to help with everyday parenting challenges.

Triple P Tier 3- Teen Extension

For parents and caregivers of youth ages 10–16.


Looking for support with the ups and downs of parenting a teen?

  • Need help getting your teen to cooperate at home?
  • Struggling with emotional outbursts or family conflict?
  • Want tips to feel more confident and connected as a parent?

Triple P Tier 4- Group

For parents and caregivers of children ages 0–12.

  • Want to feel more in control and supported in your parenting?

Triple P Tier 4 – Group is a multi-week, multi-session, in-depth program designed to support families with ongoing behavioral challenges. These classes help caregivers understand their child’s behavior, build positive routines, and use proven strategies to manage difficult situations calmly and effectively.

In these sessions, you will:

  • Learn why challenging behavior happens and how to respond
  • Practice strategies that encourage cooperation and respect
  • Build consistent routines and positive family habits
  • Receive guided support and coaching from trained facilitators
  • Connect with other parents facing similar challenges

This group-based class is ideal for families who are seeking more structured, hands-on support. It’s focused on helping build long-term skills and confidence as a parent.

Triple P Tier 5- Pathways

For parents and caregivers of children ages 0–12.

  • Want one-on-one support to feel more confident and in control?

Triple P Tier 5 – Pathways is a multi-week, high-support program for families who are facing more intense challenges and are seeking more personalized help. This program is here for caregivers who are going through a difficult time and want to build a safer, more stable home for their family.

This program is especially helpful if you:

  • Are feeling very stressed, anxious, or burned out as a caregiver
  • Have had a hard time with parenting in the past
  • Are working to rebuild or strengthen your relationship with your child
  • Want caring, non-judgmental support from someone who understands

In this program, you will:

  • Meet regularly with a trained Triple P provider who’s there to help
  • Learn ways to stay calm and manage stress in tough moments
  • Build new routines that work better for you and your child
  • Get tools to create a safer, more connected home
  • Take steps toward stronger, more confident parenting

Triple P Tier 5 is all about giving you the extra support you need when you need it most—so you can keep moving forward and do what’s best for your family.

Triple P- Fear Less

For parents and caregivers of children ages 6–14.

Triple P Fear-Less provides caregivers the tools and guidance they need to help their children understand and manage anxiety. Caregivers learn how anxiety works, explore practical strategies to help their child cope and grow more confident, and discover ways to model emotional regulation.

In this program, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of how anxiety works and how it impacts your family
  • Learn practical parenting strategies to help your child express, manage, and cope with difficult emotions
