Requests for Qualifications

The First 5 Butte County Children and Families Commission seeks qualified applicants to submit their qualifications to provide Family Resource Center services. Applications must be submitted electronically via the Commission’s database, and will be accepted ongoing until Friday March 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. To access the Application Packet, please submit an inquiry. 

Applicants should familiarize themselves with the contents of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), including eligibility requirements, expectations, contract period, and be prepared to submit all the required documents.

At this time, the Commission is not accepting discretionary funding inquiries.
